1. Who has come back in the final round to win the Masters from the largest margin?
Jack Burke Jr. in 1956 came from 8 strokes back and actually was 9 back at one point on Sunday. Gary Player, in 1978 also mounted a major Sunday charge from 8 strokes back to win the Masters.

2. What PGA Tour player shot the best total score at Augusta during the Masters Championship?
Tiger Woods shot -18 under par in 1997 to set the all time record for best overall score. Raymond Floyd shot -17 under par in 1976 for second lowest total score.

Ben Hogan lost to Lord Byron Nelson in 1942 and in 1954 lost in a playoff to Slammin Sam Snead.
